I Need Some Simple Software or App for Customer Database

Greetings Apple Community,

I'm a life-long Windows user but finally took the plunge and bought my first Apple computer. I've already realized that I'll never go back to Windows lol. I'm looking for some software or an app from the App Store that would allow me to create a simple customer database. I'm in sales for a living and the company CRM is horrific. I'm just looking for something very simple that will allow me to put names, contact info, address, notes, etc... Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!!!
